Processing & Craftsmanship
Every Beluxe Jewel creation undergoes a detailed quality inspection before leaving our workshop.
- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Processed within 7-10 business days.
- Custom & Personalized Pieces: Handcrafted exclusively for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production. A personalized timeline will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Please note that production and processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Secure Delivery
To protect your purchase, orders valued at $700 or more require a signature upon delivery. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package.
Please note:
- Packages cannot be redirected once they have entered transit.
- Additional signature requirements may apply to select high-value orders.
Shipping Availability
United States: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Restricted Addresses: For security purposes, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
International Requests: International shipping inquiries may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Client Care Team at care@beluxejewel.com for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct tracking link
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Insurance & Transit Protection
Every Beluxe Jewel shipment is fully insured while in transit.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours. Our team will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged:
- Record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Contact us immediately at care@beluxejewel.com.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Address Verification
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Beluxe Jewel is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Packages returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees and processing time.

We're committed to keeping conflict diamonds out of the trade. Alongside our partners, we follow the standards set by the Kimberley Process and applicable U.S. law.
Our Diamond Policy
Every diamond we source is certified under the Kimberley Process. To date, no conflict diamonds have ever appeared in our jewelry. Should that ever change, we would cut ties with the supplier at once and pursue appropriate legal action.
Our Gold Policy
We work only with certified, ethical mines and reputable gold suppliers. We won't partner with anyone who falls short of our social, environmental, and human-rights standards — and wherever we can, we choose recycled gold.
How We Screen Suppliers
We vet every supplier to confirm they deal in no conflict diamonds or irresponsibly mined gold, reviewing their past sourcing records and carrying out our own research.

Professional Appraisal
A jewellery appraisal is a document that verifies the approximate retail value of an item. The main benefit to having an appraisal is that you get a fair price when insuring or selling your item(s). We offer free appraisals on all our purchases.
What does an appraisal include?
An appraisal includes the cut, color, clarity and carat weight of a diamond or a gem stone. In some cases, the carat weight can be replaced with metric dimensions of a stone.
In addition to the diamond’s qualities, an appraisal includes the craftsmanship, dimensions and weight of the entire piece.
Why do I need an appraisal?
Of course, our lifetime warranty covers any damage that happens due to manufacturing faults. But if you want to be protected no matter what happens, you may want to get insured.
That being the case, an appraisal guarantees your insurer will replace your item with one of equal value - or a cash equivalent - should anything happen. Without an appraisal, you may not get a fair replacement for your item while making a claim.
Why appraise the whole item and not just the stone?
The more information your appraisal has, the likelier you are to get fair value for your item. Unless the metal part of your jewellery piece has no value - e.g. it’s made of copper - it’s best to appraise the whole purchase, not just the center stone.
